This item consists of three 4 x 6 in. postcard-style prints, one of each piece.
1. "Ready"
A composite image created from 58 found photos of flaccid male models.
2. "Willing"
A composite image created from 52 found photos of semi-erect male models.
3. "Able"
A composite image created from 75 found photos of erect male models.
These images were created by compositing (combining/layering) groups of exisiting photographs into single works. The process is achieved by manually aligning each image, then scanning and layering them using custom written software. The intent of these works is to discover the patterns, trends and truth that may be collectively found in the vocabulary of the photographic arts.
