This beautiful Navajo rug was most likely made in the 1930s or 1940s. It's a Gallup throw rug, named after the town in which it was made - Gallup, New Mexico.

It has really nice colors in it, and the weave is small, which is good!

There is some staining on the rug, and one edge has some unraveling going on.

It measures 37.5 inches x 21 inches.
