Made from very old vintage eyelet, with bits of tatting, vintage linen, vintage buttons, sparkley organza, silk ribbon to tie. A bit of elastic.
~ 9" long, without ribbon.
~ 4" wide.
Fits most wrist sizes...shown on mine which is less than 6". and will fit larger...
