I have made this cover to fit the latest edition Kindle, (Kindle 3) see how it fits into the case in the picture.
There is a layer of heavy duty interfacing as well as a layer of lighter weight interfacing to give the cover structure and durability. The Kindle Case feels soft to the touch as well as being sturdy.
The larger inner pocket will hold the Kindle when not in use or for travel. There is also another pocket for notes, cards etc. for a total of two pockets. The velcro tab closure keeps the case safely closed. The closure tab has a rounded shape.
These beautiful fabrics are from Joel Dewberry's Sparrow Collection. The adorable Sparrow is paired with a lovely coordinate, in mustard yellow and shades of gray.
