This is a one of a kind, eco-friendly, natural cotton dress that I designed and constructed using upcycled materials. I used beautiful, handmade, vintage yellow and orange doilies for the decorative, feminine lace trim that goes all the way around the hemline. The body of the dress is made with an upcycled pillow case that features a stunning, three dimensional yellow and orange rose that blooms from your chest. Smaller circular lace doilies are arranged in an organic pattern around it, and a subtle light orange and white trim encircles the top. The pillow case appears to be handmade and vintage, but I'm not sure. It did not have a tag, and the craftsmanship is gorgeous and highly detailed. The back of the shoulder straps have a tiered design that is topped with bright vintage buttons. The sides and the back of the dress have elastic gathering on the top, allowing for a good fit on a wide range of sizes. This dress also has a little sash belt that can be worn for a more fitted, feminine, baby doll style.
This will work well as a nightgown, a swimming suit cover, or a cute day dress.
Size: will fit a Small, Medium, and some Large Sizes
Measurements:
Bust can fit up to 38" (97 cm), or a snug 39" (100 cm)
Underarm, above bust: the top hemline with the elastic measures 32" unstreteched
(82 cm) and will stretch up to 38" (97 cm).
Length not including shoulder straps or bottom doily trim: 27" ( 69 cm)
Waist and Hips: 40" Can use the belt for a fitted waist
