This luxurious hand painted charmeuse silk scarf is all about the last of the wisteria: "They come and go so quickly here". The petals are on the ground, leaving the foliage. I used the deepest purple I could muster on top of a background of mottled lavender, so you can immerse yourself in your favorite color. The intensity of the purple in places diffuses into hints of jade when the light hits it just right. Definitely devastating.

Shimmery, soft 19.5mm silk charmeuse has a matte texture on one side; satiny smooth on the other. The denseness of the weave makes it necessary to paint on each side individually.
The size of this large scarf makes it a natural as a wrap with evening wear.
