This pendant is royal blue and purple colored dichroic glass with a brass fairy wing fused under clear glass. Dichroic glass is glass containing multiple micro-layers of metal oxides which give the glass dichroic optical properties. When fired in the kiln, dichroic glass changes its appearance, so every piece of dichroic glass is unique. The pendant has a silver-plated bail that is securely fixed to the back and it hangs on an 18-inch black coated wire necklace. The clasp is stainless steel and it's a clean and smooth twist clasp. Pendant measures 3 inches long and 1 inch across at the widest part.
