Two little birds on a limb decorate this purse! Many times I have seen these birds in my yard tweeting excitedly to one another. I feel that we are old friends now and I wanted to share them with others by putting their images on one of my purses. Hopefully, the joy that I felt listening to them will be shared also.

This purse is made of an olive green duck cotton canvas on the outside and the inside is of a cotton fabric. The purse is decorated with two birds sitting on a branch that I have drawn and appliqued onto the front of the purse. The bag measures 12 by 121/2" and contains 6 large pockets for all those things that generally end up in the bottom of the purse. It would also be comfortable for a new mom who needs to carry all those extras. The handle is adjustable and is perfect for when you have your hands full and need an over the chest strap.
The flap on the top of the purse is secured with a magnetic snap and two large handmade wooden buttons are used to add contrast and texture to the appearance of the purse. Other
handmade wooden buttons are used to decorate the handle of the purse and help in making it adjustable.
Everything has been double sewn and the stress areas have triple stitching. Batting has been placed between the lining and outer fabrics to give the bag a very soft and yet durable feel.
My purses are all designed, created, and shipped by me. At times, according to the number of orders, I do get behind. Everything is done by hand. I draw my designs and cut each individually. Each purse is unique and an individual creation.
