They are finally here! I am super stoked to say that I am finally adding Eco-friendly, reusable, green, groovy snack bags and sandwich wraps. I have been using my own and others (made from other amazing Etsy crafters) so long that I thought I'd contribute my own groovy take on the non-plastic scene.
Every day, my children would throw out 6 Ziploc bags on average before switching to reusable bags. Personally, I couldn't justify it. And I imagine you can't either -- which is why you are checking these out! Each piece is handmade with cotton fabric, then lined with food safe nylon (in my experience, it's the same nylon lining used by the bulk of snack wraps/bags sold online today).
The sandwich wraps can hold an average size, stuffed sandwich (in case you like to pack a lot of veggies or meat/cheese in there). And the great thing is they unfold completely to create a lunch-mat for your meal! When you're done, simply shake off the crumbs and re-use or wash and lay flat to dry. The standard size is approximately 11"X11" square .Each wrap closes by folding over then being secured by Velcro in all 4 corners.
The snack bags can hold anything from carrots to crackers. All bags seal closed with Velcro on the top, locking in freshness until you're ready to snack. Clean up is a cinch! Shake it out or wash it and lay flat to dry. The standard size is approximately 6.5"X5.5", though please remember that handmade means slight variations apply!
