This is the story of a lonely teapot traveling from Wonderland to Toyland. In her journey 2 small fishes and a pair of clouds keep her company.
I decoupaged the box with some vintage greek calligraphy book pages. The inner (background) of the shadowbox is decoupaged with mulberry paper in a baby pink shade. The waves are made of thick rice paper, the fishes and teapot are printed on a matte Epson paper and laser cut after. The clouds are laser cut too. The banner is printed on matte Epson paper, bended by hand and hang by two pieces of very thin wire. A light aqua lace trim is used to frame it along with some turquoise one.
A light is added to the shadowbox for more dramatic look at night :)
The light is attached on the back and works with battery. So you can take it with you everywhere :) Battery is 3V Lithium, you can find them everywhere! In this listing it is included!
Width: 3" (7,5cm)
Height: 3" (7,5cm)
Depth: 1,5" (4cm)
This romantic shadow box/light box would be perfect for a nursery or kids room!
"Ready to ship" items are shipped within the 2 next working days of your purchase. For "made to order" items, please allow 5-6 days for each, unless my shop announcement suggests something different. In case you order more than 1 item, I will try and make them within a week. The more items you order, the more days I need to make them. Please, be patient as I ship from a small greek island. You can even ask for customization! I would be more than happy to create something unique just for you!
Please, keep in mind that every piece re-created is unique. In that case (MADE TO ORDER) the items you will be getting may be slightly different than the photo (the paper used for decoupage each time may vary between greek, english and german book pages), due to their handmade nature, but unique and just as beautiful!
Please read my shop policies!
I accept credit cards and you don’t even need a PayPal account, but choose the PayPal option when you check out, then follow the instructions from there.
