They have pretty long shelf life (up to a year) ONLY if stored in cool, dark-dry place in an air tight container.

With in the USA this set will be shipped via USPS 1st class MAIL and will be accompanied with tracking # (included in shipping cost), which will be provided after order is shipped. International oredrs will be shipped USPS 1st class.
