These earrings are handmade from triangle-shaped pieces of recycled vinyl records!
These are pieces that are left over when I cut up records to make Roman Record Cuffs. Over the years I've saved every scrap, and now I'm proud to introduce a new line of eye-popping jewelry for all the Eye Pop Art fans!
Each piece is hand painted by me using acrylic paints in light washes of pink, yellow, green, and purple. This is a one-of-a-kind pair of earrings - there will never be another pair exactly like it!
(They are painted on one side only, and the back of each piece is just the solid black vinyl record. The best of both worlds!)
The design is outlined with a layer of iridescent silver which gives it a unique sparkly glint when viewed from different angles and in different lighting.
The large and dramatic yet incredibly lightweight painted record "beads" are about 1.5" in length (3.81 cm) and 3" (7.62 cm) wide at the widest point.
They are paired with high quality sterling silver jump rings and sterling silver ear wires.
