Payment must be in US Dollars. I accept money orders (US Post Office and Canadian Postal System money orders in US Dollars preferred), cashier's checks and certified checks. I also accept money transfers by Western Union and MoneyGram, which is available at Wal-Mart and other locations. I do not accept PayPal, plastic, or non-certified personal checks. All items shipped within the USA are shipped insured. Items shipped elsewhere will ordinarily be shipped first class mail or parcel post, not insured and at the buyer’s risk, but can be shipped Registered Mail or Priority Mail at additional expense. Contact me to obtain those costs. Items for delivery within the USA normally are shipped the next business day after receipt of payment. If you purchase more than one of my items within an appropriately short time frame, I can ship the assorted items together with a reduction in shipping and handling charges. If payment is not received within ten days of the purchase I may choose, at my option, to regard the purported purchase as a nullity. I am then free to re-list or to not re-list the item for sale. Good two-way communication can frequently ensure that both parties emerge from the transaction satisfied and that negative feedback is avoided.
