this built up model home kit si to HO scale,
a sprawling modified ranch with a carport, a 2 story chalet addition and a three season porch, baby blue siding and redwood below,
over 60 years old and well put together, with a fair paint job
lots of character...clear plastic window panes, chimney, textured garage apron
shows a fair amount of glue residue discoloration on the roof,
the antennae may have been dislodged from the carport roof,
overall measures 10.5" x 7.5" x 3.5"
what...you were hoping for 3500 square feet?
this little piece of history is fragile and not a child's toy,
