Ill-ing checkered 3.5 inch tall waistband. Wear them to the beach, wear them to exercise, wear them to love in.
Waist band is vintage salvaged from an old abandoned belt factory. So wash on gentle /cold, hang dry. Waistband will fade and get a vintage look as it is at least 30 years old. Dry clean if you want them to stay crispy.
I rocked the prototype version at the beach and pool last summer--- I was appreciated. They are super warm as an under layer for fall/winter bike riding too, and sooo supportive.
