• TURNAROUND •
Our processing time is currently 18-20 days. Rush orders can be accommodated depending on our studio’s volume. Rush orders are subject to $50 additional fee if you need to receive your order in less than 14 business days. Please contact us to discuss your specific request.

We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product and your satisfaction is very important to us. All Made-To-Measure items are Final Sale due to their unique nature. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances in the form of a store credit.
