This most awesome mini cocktail hat is for fancy ladies who are eco-minded and are also radical. Is that you?
You can call it a bibi if you're into fancy French, but know that your hat is the product of L.O.V.E., a refashioned Charlotte Russe top (a bold black, red and light pink graphic floral print) & a refashioned powder blue pencil skirt, two layers of hand-blocked buckram (the frame), wire, more love, hand-blocked buckram dome, non woven poly batting, some magic and an extra dollop of hugs, sewn together by hand.
The hat attaches to your head with a thin black elastic band. Hold the hat to your forehead and pull the elastic behind your hair. Comb hair out around the elastic to hide it - it's so easy!
How to Wear it:
Balance out a messy side bun by placing it opposite the bun or if you don't have long locks wear it over/near your part. Looks great on gals with super-sassy short hair too!
