The handformed, textured fine silver pendant has an organic shape and is set with a deep brown freshwater pearl, about 9 mm in diameter, with red and other lovely rainbow highlights. The metal in the pendant was oxidized and finished to give a rich contrast. With a hand-formed and hammered fine silver loop, it hangs from a graceful hand-knotted strand of exquisite deep brown/wine red freshwater pearls, irridescing with golds, pinks, violets and greens, accented perfectly with faceted heishi beads of genuine garnet. It's knotted in black silk for security and a lustrous drape. This graceful 24 inch necklace closes with a hand-formed hammered sterling silver hook and eye clasp, accented with Swarovski crystals in "Light Colorado Topaz". The pendant length, including the loop, is about 1 3/4 inches. Truly luxurious and unusual!
Then pendant would also look beautiful on a silver chain or a simple leather cord. The pearl strand would also look great on its own.
