This dress is made from a soft lined power blue Georgette. Accented under the bust with a thick perfectly pink satin ribbon. Dips low in the back in a graceful curve. the pink ribbon continues to the back to tie in a sweet bow, also making this dress very adjustable.
The sleeves have a soft puff and also ties with adjustable pink satin ribbon.
the neck line is low and feminine creating a sensual but tasteful line accented with another satin ribbon that ties and snaps in the back.

MEASUREMENTS
**Use a soft measuring tape, this can be purchased at Joann’s or Michaels or even a general retail store
-Bust:
When measuring, measure around the fullest part of the bust, over the nipple and around the back keeping the tape even.
Please also include your cup size.
-Waist:
For the waist, measure the Natural waist which generally the smallest part of your torso or about an inch to 2 above your belly button.

Takes 6 weeks to be made then sent via priority mail domestic which takes about 2-3 days or first class international which takes 2-3 weeks.
