Another zany foray into the time machine for a trip back to the 70's. Back to when the zig zag pattern of the chevron ruled fashion! In this sweater it took both knitting and crochet to showcase all that exuberance.

Three wonderful yarns compete texturally in this great XS dog sweater. The purple yarn is a blend of wool and re-cycled sari silk. Next there is a peony pink mohair with wonderful loft and warmth. The last yarn is a jet black, wool-mohair blend.

For best fit, the length of your dog's back is paramount - this sweater best suits a small dog whose back length is 11"-12". The brilliance of the ribbed underbelly is that it accommodates a variety of chest sizes, from 12' to 16" That is the reason I show it on 3 models (even thoough it is short on Ted).

This gem of a sweater is luxuriantly soft because prior to shipping it is given a good soak in Eucalan, a premium wool wash that that imparts extra lanolin to the sweater for softness and natural waterproofing. You get the best of both worlds, all of the hardworking, shape retaining aspects of wool, but with all that extra softness added in.
