For bottoms and shorts we reccommend choosing the size that best fit your low hip. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and rear, not your hip bone.
When choosing a size please ensure that the fit will be comfortably snug, especially in the thighs and hip to ensure proper fit during rigorous activities
