Love the details of this dress! This late 1960s, 1970s frock features a white lace collar with keyhole tie front, ¾ sleeves, gathered shoulder, ruffle scallop and white piping trim on the cuffs, an electric blue fabric with mini abstract daisy print, white tan and black flowers, loose elastic waist and flared skirt hem. In good vintage condition (the elastic is loosening on the sleeves and waist, but still in working order) and has no holes or other signs of wear. Would best fit a size medium.
