Kiln Fired Art can do that for you, send your bottle to me, I will flatten it ,and frame it then post it back to you.
I frame using classic black box frames and an off white backing board.

I cannot flatten bottles any larger than a wine bottle size of approx. 31cm in height
Labels usually have a 'shabby chic' look after removing and replacing on the bottle.
Sometimes labels do not come off in a fit state to go back onto the bottle, in this case a partial refund will be given ( the framing cost, currently £35) and the flat bottle returned to you without labels to use as a cheese board or spoon rest.
Sometimes bottles break in firing, this is unusual, and a full refund will be given.
