This stained glass heart was inspired by a tribal heart tattoo design. Different clear patterned glass were used to create the heart. The heart measures approximately 5"w x 4.5"l. I do not recommend hanging this from a suction cup. They eventually pull away from the glass and your piece ends up where it shouldn't be likely with several cracks. Because of this, I do not supply suction cups. I hang my suncatchers with fishing line or ribbon and drape that over the window lock. You can also hang them from a tack or brad placed in the framework (if wood) of the window or place above the window frame in the wall.
I take a lot of time in creating each piece I make. The glass is hand-cut and soldered together by me using the Tiffany copper foil method. The finish of the heart was left the natural silver color of the solder.
