This seller and their products are incredible! My wife and I lost our wedding rings and I took to Etsy to get us new ones. I originally ordered the wrong size for my wife and contacted the seller to see if we could get a different size. Not only did the seller fulfill the request, they re-made my wife's ring after they had already finished it! I offered to pay for the additional time and supplies required, but the seller insisted on remaking it for free. The rings came quickly and they were packaged beautifully. This is my second red sofa ring that I've purchased. The first one was a lovely thicker branched nest ring that I wore all the time until I lost it. This ring I picked up was to be my replacement wedding band after my 3 year old got into my rings and misplaced it in our house. After a thorough cleaning we did find my wedding band a month later after my red sofa band arrived. But I love this new band so much I have been wearing it anyway as my wedding band!
