This listing is for one custom bottlecap I.D. tag, customized with your pet's name and your phone number. You can also customize the text to say whatever you'd like, up to 2 lines, so long as it fits! The tag is decorated with a glittery top (rhinestone border is not included, border will be plain like the other images.)
