Necklace is knitted with permanent toffee colored copper wire. I have knitted in all the stones listed in the title: sapphire blue crystals, blue and white Sodalite, greenish Leaf Agate, Sky blue glass pearls, and smoky quartz crystals, sort of a soft golden color.
I think all the colors work so well together. I love the warmth of the wire, Agate, & smoky Quartz Crystal, which makes the cool blues POP! And the crystal really add a nice bling, flashing rainbows in the sun.
This necklace is 15 inches long and closes with a slightly larger copper lobster clasp.I have added a bit of a unique copper chain to the back. And 2 1/2 inches of extension. Making the necklace adjustable from the hollow of the neck to mid decolletage.
Knitted wire is very fun to wear. It really calls out to people yet it feels amazingly comfortable against the skin. The wire has so many little points of contact that it's nearly like nothing is there, except for the weight of the stones. And unlike fine chained jewelry it stays put. No fussing with keeping it in the correct position, knitted wire necklaces stay where they are supposed to!
I package my jewelry in a shiny black box and tie it up pretty with sheer pink & pink & white polka-dot ribbon. All ready to gift, or as a present for yourself.
