Under the glass is a collage of vintage clown pictures, that's nothing if not creepy. How any child survived an encounter with one of these clowns without needing long term psychiatric treatment is beyond me.
The sparkly blue seal balancing a ball on his nose is a vintage 1960s pin from a New York Circus supply company. The round patience puzzle is a vintage 1950s circus toy from Pennsylvania - these used to be thrown out by clowns to the crowd! It shows a creepy looking girl with a frog, and has two ball bearings that you're supposed to guide into the holes. Both are in brand new condition, having been rescued from warehouses decades after the circuses closed down.
Around the hand-painted photographic slide frame are sparkly decals in red, green, purple and blue. A brooch back is firmly secured to the glass plate at the back. The frame on its own measures about 3inches square, to give you an idea of size. It has been sealed in a clear glaze for sturdiness.
Every piece in my store is a one-of-a-kind (OOAK) unique handmade item. Many are customisable, so you can mix and match components. Whatever you see here, you are guaranteed to never see it on another human being, living or undead!
