This is a bedroom suite custom made for an Etsy shopper. This bed is one of my favorite finds EVER and now even more so after its facelift! This is a full size antique headboard and footboard that will be used with a queen size bed (done often). It has been given multiple coats of satin black paint and accented with my trademark stripes. The front of the footboard was decopauged with a beautiful flocked and textured leopard paper. The desk was done in the same fashion....then monogrammed and personalized on the top surface with the buyers initials. The chair was recovered in a gorgeous damask to coordinate with the set. And finally, the wall mirror was coated with the black satin and inset with the leopard paper. The buyer is planning to use the desk as a vanity. She requested the set not to be distressed but to be coated with several coats of high gloss finish. The final product is a gorgeous bedroom suite....called Isabella!
