The focal piece here is a skull carved from bloodstone (I think) with coral eyes (I think), adorned with real silver dragons, a fish, and a flower. Close-up image shows a flaw in the stone which I didn't notice when I was buying it because I was blown away by the sheer awesomeness of the skull and the other focals I was buying from the same vendor. I don't think it detracts from the piece, but I want you to know that it's there.
The skull would be pretty cool on its own, but I dressed it up by hanging it from a strand of green jasper, black horn, rainbow obsidian (mostly black with hints of colored chatoyance), tribal beads and Sterling Silver spacers. The end result is a necklace with a real presence, perfect for your favorite tribal, gothic, or tribal fusion belly dance costume. Of course, you don't have to just wear it for dancing. If this was my necklace, I would definitely wear it every day for a week straight as soon as I received it. Oh yes, and the name? Soul Eater. A badass necklace has to have a badass name.
Soul Eater skull necklace measures 21" long and fastens securely with a Bali Sterling Silver S-clasp. It is strung on sturdy nylon-coated beading cable (and I used a heavier size than usual to make sure it holds up to those big stone beads!). Like all Erthe Fae Designs, it is one of a kind and was handmade with love and badassery in my non-smoking Arizona studio.
