Everything is returnable (except for uber-custom orders and this is not one of those). Just let me know it didn't work out, mail it back, and I'll credit your PayPal account. Being a one-person operation, I unfortunately cannot refund your shipping cost.
My guarantee to you: If there is a defect with your jewelry (unlikely, but it can happen) just contact me and we'll make arrangements for you to mail it back so I can repair it for you (at no charge). It doesn't matter if you've had it for a day, a year, or 10 years -- I stand behind my work. :)
