This strap has chocolate brown leather ends (texture, tone, & markings may vary from the photo), and is adjustable to a maximum length of approximately 58 inches, using chrome plated steel hardware.
Each seamstress for the band instrument strap is lovingly handcrafted in my small apartment studio. The backing of the strap is a recycled seat belt (I cut them out of cars that are destined for 'the crusher' at a local junkyard), making it super strong and comfortable. The strap ends are heavy genuine leather (scrap, remnant, or recycled when available, new if not), and are individually hand-cut. Each end piece is double thickness (two pieces stitched around the pin hole and perimeter), for years of use without over-stretching. I use only heavy metal hardware, either clear or powder-coated steel or brass.
A strap worthy of a well-loved instrument.
