I'd love to applique a whole series of bears in different colors and then piece their blocks together into a big quilt. And my daughter has requested him on a T-shirt. You really can put him anywhere.
One of the great things about applique patterns is that you can use them for more than applique. They make fabulous collage patterns too. The last two photos show the same bear worked up in paper on greeting cards. Easy peasy! It would work as an embroidery pattern too. So versatile!
The pattern shows him appliqued in felt, but you can use any fabric and any applique technique. The third photo shows him appliqued in corduroy on a receiving blanket. Just pick your favorite!
