Two 1"x3/8" rectangle tags are sawed from 20 gauge sheet silver and hand stamped with the title and name of your choice. They are accompanied by a butterfly charm and a 3/8" disc stamped with the symbol/date of your choice and a 6mm Swarovski crystal butterfly. Sterling separator beads slide between and it all hangs on an 18" cable chain. (Other lengths and types of chain available. Just drop me a line for options.)
