Type has obviously been used, some more than others, as the blocks are varying shades of ink-stained wood and some still have a little ink dust or splatters on them or ink residue in the nooks and crannies. Some have a shiny patina and others have a more natural weathered wood look and feel. The blocks may have a few nicks or scratches or hairline cracks (in the block, not the letters), only adding to their vintage charm!
