This beautiful Tutu is handmade with love. Made with yards and yards of high quality tulle on a 1 inch sewn elastic band. Patterned with lime green, purple, bright pink, and electric blue. It is embellished with an adorable bright sparkling flower and ribbons. This tutu has the cutest little bows tied all around the waist. I include a free matching tulle clip with every tutu purchase.
