It's 1" (2.5 cm) wide, but it's hard to measure exactly how large it is around since it doesn't open. If fits my just-under 6" (15.2 cm) wrist a bit loosely, so it would fit a larger wrist than mine.
If your arm is much larger than mine, though, tell me and I can add a few more links to make it larger. I know I have very tiny arms!
