Riley Blake 100 % cotton brown with pink horseshoe print fabric.
To accent the pink horseshoes I used a pink with brown polka dot fabric for the ties.
I added a double ruffle at the hem made with the polka dot and horseshoe fabric.
Add a tee shirt and you have a year round outfit.
