This absolutely gorgeous 1960's black and white wiggle dress is in great vintage condition. Naturally the white portion of the dress has some minor markings, mostly on the edges of the fabric. This is not very visible as most of the wear marks are on the edges turn inward. There is also a small tear at the back near the top of the zipper. The tear is very easy to mend. At the moment, it folds under when the garment is snapped up and is therefore not visible.
The fabric seems to be a rayon, although this is not stated on the tag.
The tag reads "Anita Modes."
The main portion of the dress is a white "wiggle dress" style with a black and white color blocked added wing detail on the bodice. Toward the middle front of the bodice is a nautical-like knot. The back of the dress zips up and the black and white "wing" snaps up. The snaps and zipper are both in perfect condition. The bateau neckline frames the neck.
There are bra strap snaps at the shoulders
Perfect for an afternoon party, or a brides get away dress.
