Yep, you can make your own all natural & organic Kombucha at home! Just like pictured. Once you get started, you can keep going from that one original starter and even get "babies"! This is much more economical and environmentally friendly then buying bottles of Kombucha at the store.
We have been successfully brewing and drinking our own Kombucha for many years!
Our Kombucha is grown in All Natural CERTIFIED ORGANIC black tea, All Natural CERTIFIED ORGANIC cane sugar, and all natural unchlorinated water fresh from our filtered well.
Kombucha Tea if properly brewed can contain these beneficial ingredients:
Gluconic Acid, Butyric Acid, Nuleic Acid, Amion Acid, Oxalic Acid, Malic Acid, Acetic Acid, Lactic Acid, Enzymes, Vitamins B & C, beneficial yeasts, and living bacteria.
Some of the things Kombucha is reported to do:
Detox the body, prevent cancer, preventing or treating all forms of arthritis, improved digestion, fighting candida overgrowth, reduce or eliminate the symptoms of fibromyalgia, depression, anxiety, boosting the immune system and energy levels.
This is for the purchase of a SCOBY culture, Kombucha tea, & emailed instructions. Plenty to get you started on the path of making your own delicious Kombucha tea & your very own scoby's will form in the tea!
If you have any questions, we will do our best to answer them :o)
Jar is not included.
~♥~ Yes, you can make a gallon of tea with one scoby, we prefer to make ours in smaller batches using mason jars. The Kombucha stays fresh longer this way. We run around 7 - 10 jars a week every week. This is more than the average person would require. If you drink a glass a day, one gallon will begin to loose it's effervescence and freshness from you always opening & closing the container. Also you need one gallon GLASS containers. Do you have them? Just some food for thought....♥
*Pictures are our stock photos. Your cultures will variey in size/color/shape as is normal. You culture will be healthy & will provide you with more scoby. :o)
