Materials: Decorative paper. Bookboard. 28lb bright white unlined paper. A couple arms lengths of linen binding thread, dyed with Crystal, Dark Crystal, Chocolate and Black Patent Malts.
The pages are thick hand-cut 28lb bright white unlined paper that works well with pencil and ink (I use Faber-Castell in mine). I've rounded the page corners to help prevent dog-ears. The cover is hand-cut thick bookboard, which I covered with beautiful shabby chic butterfly decorative paper. Sturdy binding thread, stained and waxed (by me!), was used for the Coptic stitch that binds this fantastic little book together.
