Approximate Measurements of shoes:
Inner Length: 10"
Outer width: 3"
Heel Height: 3.5"
Seems like it can fit a 7.5 to narrower modern 8? I say this because I'm a modern size 8 with M (or medium/average) width, and these shoes fit me perfectly in length. However, as my right foot is a bit wider than left, the right shoe's width was a smidge too small for me.
Condition: Surprisingly good for satin shoes of this age! Some light wear apparent on soles, some smudges/stains (darkest one being on the left (inside) portion of right shoe upper, scrapes, wear/scrape signs on satin uppers and inners (esp. front edge at peep toe), lifting to sole liner at front left toe, and some signs of wear/slight shredding of satin covering one of the ankle straps. Also early signs of wear/tear at place where right upper meets sole. All in all, these shoes do seem like they might have a bit of life & wearability left in them and perhaps could be worn for a photoshoot or a walk down the vintage wedding aisle? Still, a buyer may want to have some minor preventative repairs done before wearing them for longer durations. Personally, even with minor repairs done, I would save these only for extra special occasions and would probably not wear them for a strenuous night of foxtrotting. Look great on display. Shoes are sold AS IS, and are a final sale, so please ask all questions and request extra photos prior to purchase. Thank you!!
