WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE WORKBOOK:
Through visuals, essays and exercises, you will work through your process facilitated by my own creative journey. Each week offers three SETS OF exercises to challenge you both creativity and spiritually.
The material is available in a format where you can go at your own pace. For those who may want to have a deeper exploration, I have a section of suggested readings and 10 ADDITIONAL formatted exercises. If you fall behind or if you anticipate a prior commitment that falls within the course time frame, you can easily stop and pick back up at your convenience.
