The dress features an elastic bodice and neckline for perfect fit and cap sleeves. The yards of fabric that make up the skirt is finished off with a five inch ruffle, and it has SUPER twirl-power!
Also included is the sash and the tulle flower pin, which can be added to the dress, the sash, or even a headband.
