From Pattern Back: The dress has a V neckline with a tie at beck neck. Front bodice and tie are cut in one. The bodice is fitted, skirt is softly pleated. View 1 has short sleeves. View 2 is sleeveless. The dress may be worn with a self fabric or purchased belt.
