Skirt is made from acrylic felt. Applique was hand cut, heat bonded then machine stitched. 1.5" elastic for waist band. Medium black rick rack around front and back of skirt. Baby rick rack was used for leash. All seams are serged and skirt is hemmed.

Little Girl's size 6 / 7
Elastic Waist: 22" stretching to 29" (Skirt will fit a range of sizes due to elastic waist. Please measure your child for an accurate fit)
Length: 17" (measuring from top of elastic waistband to bottom of hem.)
