She is approximately 16 1/2 inches tall.
Her hair is Curly Crepe wool doll hair.
She wears a cotton canvas green and cream check Decorator fabric skirt, and a cotton floral print blouse. I sewed a tiny doll button onto each sleeve. Her cape is a grey speckled knit with 2 vintage buttons on the front side.
Her grey knit hat matches the cape and it is adorned with a red vintage button and two guinea hen feathers.
The lace piece around her waist is a vintage doily.
Jaime carries a cute dark red and white check hen with painted comb and beak. I sewed on a genuine guinea hen feather to make the wing.
Undies were made from a crochet doily, and her petticoat was sewn from a filmy fabric with machine-embroidered roses.
Completing her attire are her dark red cotton boots with vintage crochet lace around the tops.
GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING MY DOLLS:
My dolls are design originals, handcrafted, and signed by me on the back of her leg. I create dolls with the finest fabrics, materials and accessories.
Every doll face is hand painted without a template, including my signature, crystalescent, sparkle-dusted cheeks. This gives the doll her personality and charm.
Each doll is one of a kind (OOAK). Some dolls may be similar, but no two are exactly alike.
I tie on a name and year hang tag before shipping.
The doll hands and legs are machine sewn, and the arms are moveable, up and down.
I love using designer fabrics such as tapestry, silk, and damask as well as quilter cotton, knits, faux fur and more. Vintage buttons, lace and hand-crocheted doilies often add an extra touch on the petite hats and handbags.
Genuine feathers adorn most of the hats, and a tiny feather sometimes adds a wing for a little stuffed hen. Most adornments on my dolls are either painted, hand sewn, or tied on by hand…even the hair.
The dolls are properly attired with underpants and petticoats.
