This thick and chic brown cowl is super chunky and fashionable. I knitted this by hand using two chunky 80% acrylic/20% wool yarns - one in a caramel and the other in a medium taupe. The look is finished off with two huge faux alligator buttons, each measuring more than 2 inches in diameter. I also hand-sewed two vertical lines in the cowl on either side of the buttons in a dark brown yarn to give a slightly mod look.
This cowl is made to fit all sizes. It measures approximately 10" from top to bottom.

When washing is necessary, machine wash on gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.
Yarn often becomes a little 'pilled' with wear (little fluffy bobbles). If this happens, comb gently with a defuzzing comb which you can usually buy in your local drugstore, or just pull off the pills gently in quick motions with your fingers.
