Looks killer-sexy with something very fitted like a tube dress or a tight tank and leggings underneath, but also works quite well with a loose-fitting pair of cuffed boyfriend jeans, simple roman sandals, and a couple of chunky wooden bangles.
Difficult to date this vintage piece without identifying tags of any sort, but most likely a 70s-80s item.
