I love this vintage image of a sea horse floating upright in the blue ocean below with seaweed, star fish and a pink shell. Retro it is.Based on the design I believe the cab is from the 1950's. The details are raised and colorful.The cab itself is adhered to a silver plated ring base which is adjustable and can fit up to a size 8.
